Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all tasks performed. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Familiarity with property maintenance practices is advantageous. Ability to weld is preferred for certain repair tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving responsibilities.
