Description

Seeking experienced local subcontracting crew for South Shore residential roofing company (most work in Weymouth, Quincy, Milton, Dorchester). Crew MUST be experienced in asphalt shingling, and be same people on crew daily. Must have GL insurance, workers comp, and business Tax ID number. Must have English speaking supervisor on site at all times to supervise roofers. We are looking for a crew with the same men/women every day who have experience in shingle roofing. Please reply with phone number, pay requirements, and roofing companies you have worked for (references). We pay premium rates for excellent work, and have steady year-round work available. We can keep a crew busy 6 days a week, and are looking for one steady and consistent crew to be with us for the long term, and work with us every day. Wage Schedule: The average wage for those journeymen employed by the participating employers in the occupation on January 1, 2024 $36.71 per hour. Minimum starting wage would be $23.84 per hour.
