Mobility City of Pleasant Hill is looking for a hands-on, compassionate Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, deliver, and install mobility equipment—including scooters, power & manual wheelchairs, hospital beds, and lift chairs. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and structural issues in mobility devices. Perform routine maintenance, battery checks, and part replacements. Deliver, set up, and explain use of mobility equipment in homes and facilities. Provide in-store and on-site customer support with a professional and courteous attitude. Maintain accurate service records and restock van inventory as needed. 🎯 Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus (automotive, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Valid California Driver’s License (required). Technical aptitude and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills. Customer service experience and strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field. Experience with mobility equipment is preferred but not required—training and AMRG certification provided. 🛠️ Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
