All American Marine is hiring part time Aluminum Welder/Fabricator Trainees to join our dynamic team and learn to build custom, high-quality vessels in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility. The All American Marine (AAM) Welding Training Program is an 8-week paid training opportunity designed to prepare applicants for full-time careers as welders and fabricators. Participants will progress through classroom instruction, shop practice, and hands-on fabrication, culminating in supervised on-the-job training (OJT). Because this is a paid training program, continued participation requires meeting all learning objectives on schedule. Failure to meet requirements at any checkpoint will result in removal from the program.
