Seeking a Carpenter journeyman with experience in building framework that supports a structure, i.e., framing walls, ceilings, roofs, joists, rafters and beams while working within a collaborative team environment and adhering to all safety standards. Here’s what you’d do: Tree Climbers are responsible for working in trees to perform general tree care including pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection and tree removals. Responsibilities - Fabrication of one of a kind custom pieces from shop drawings - Produce pieces within given estimates - Maintain a tidy and safe work environment - Use materials thoughtfully - Produce work of exceptional quality Qualifications - Minimum 5 years experience making stand-alone (not built-in) furniture such as chairs, dining tables, sideboards, etc. - Good references

Day to day, you will find yourself: Meeting with the crews each morning to organize their day and any coordination that needs to happen with clients. Regular site visits to all of our gardens Organizing and scheduling crew routes and extra work.
