Disassemble machinery, replace or fabricate parts, and perform changeovers for different product types. • Perform preventative maintenance and recommend improvements to repairs and schedules. • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, P&ID documents, electrical diagrams, and manuals. • Follow GMPs and Cal/OSHA safety requirements at all times. • Document all work performed and maintenance completed. • Monitor and adjust equipment operation as needed. • Report food safety, food quality, or personnel safety issues immediately. • Perform facility maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, minor construction). • Maintain a clean and organized shop area, tools, and supplies. • Respond promptly to maintenance calls, communicating effectively if unavailable.
