ShareWe require multiple people to help us with repairs to our rental homes. This is a 9-5 M-F job. You must have your own tools and transportation. You must have knowledge in all areas as many of our houses need a variety of repairs. You must be able to interact with people and work with deadlines. This position requires the need to work quickly by yourself and or with others. Jobs may be simple tenant requests or more extensive remodels. You must be willing to clean out trash and items left behind by tenants or help participate in evictions if need be. City code knowledge is a plus but not required but will need to be available to do walk-throughs with city inspections and work one-on-one with them often. If you fit this description and can make it every day on time and complete a job to the end we will pay $20 an hour. Candidate needs to be able to dedicate his or her time to working on our houses as a priority as this is a full time job and we need this person to be on site every day. You can contact 517-588-9672
