Seeking licensed Apprentice/Journeymen Sheet Metal Mechanics for long term, full time residential and commercial installation and service work. Qualifications · 2+ years of experience as an HVAC/R installer (Preferred) · High school or equivalent (Preferred) · Ability to braze and solder. · Ability to follow controls and wiring schematics and to install. · Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and other construction documentation. · Ability to perform minor field fabrication, including sheet metal. · Possess required standard tool list as required and keep tools in good repair. · Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds. · Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops Responsibilities · Install, repair, and maintain sheet metal products and equipment. · Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications. · Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets. · Utilize ohmmeter to test electrical circuits and ensure proper functioning. · Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling sheet metal materials. · Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
