Requirements A journeyman electrician with solid experience and the confidence to run your own residential and commercial jobs. A customer-first professional who knows that personality and presentation matter as much as craftsmanship. 3-5 years of residential construction experience, including rough wiring, service installation, and finish work. A go-getter who wants to grow with a scaling company and step into future leadership. Commercial service and/or construction experience a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, code-compliant work. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to execute electrical installations. Comfortable collaborating with construction teams on renovation projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
