Gas or Diesel Technician Wanted (Snohomish)

Need a roofing installation team that has their own trucks, dumpster trailer, tools, liability, workers comp, business license and equipment. You will need to do the roof tear off and installation as well as possible eave repairs as needed. If extra materials are needed you will need to be able to pick them up as we do not have anyone that can do it for you. We are primarily doing residential asphalt shingle, some metal, and some flat roofing including Self-Adhered rolled roofing and TPO. You need to be able to do a full tear-off and replacement per day for at least 40 squares. Pays $70-$90 per square depending on pitch and other factors, plus some extra for special items like chimneys and skylights. You must take pictures throughout the for insurance purposes and customer satisfaction as well as to allow us to check on your work before paying you. Coverage includes the following counties: Muscogee, Carroll, Coweta, Fayette, Spalding, Lamar, Monroe, Bibb, Houston, Dooly, Crisp, Turner, Tift, Cook, Lowndes, Brooks, Thomas, Grady, Decatur, Seminole, Early, Clay, Quitman, Stewart, Heard Counties. ViaSun Corporation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Traffic Control Yard Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing traffic control equipment, ensuring that all devices are well-maintained and ready for deployment at construction sites. Your primary responsibilities will include: Load and unload traffic control trucks with cones, barricades, signage, message boards, and other necessary equipment based on work orders or job setups. Ensure all equipment is accounted for and in good working condition prior to deployment and upon return. Perform daily inspections of traffic control gear and report damaged or missing items. Clean, organize, and store equipment in designated yard areas for quick access and efficient reloading. Maintain accurate counts of cones, barricades, signs, and related materials using checklists or digital inventory tools. Track usage and assist in reordering supplies to avoid shortages. Tag and record defective or out-of-service equipment for repair or replacement. Adhere to all OSHA, DOT, and company-specific safety policies, including the proper use of PPE at all times. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards; report unsafe conditions immediately. Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard assessments. Assist with light repairs and maintenance of yard equipment and tools. Support traffic control crews as needed with prep work, loading help, or organizing site-specific loads. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as equipment maintenance or construction. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. A valid driver's license is also required. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Duties: Examine, troubleshoot and diagnose units needing repair and maintenance. Do all repairs, and install parts, trailer must be 100% complete. Perform pre-delivery inspections, reading and writing repair orders. Troubleshoot, repair and conduct maintenance on propane gas and electric appliances. Repairs to fiberglass, body and structural components. Install, repair, replace and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets, counters, plumbing systems, electrical systems, propane gas systems, batteries and charging systems. Use manuals, catalogues and internet websites to conduct repairs on parts or components. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualified candidate will have the following: Minimum of 1-year experience in the RV, automotive or carpentry industry with an emphasis on repairs and installations is desired. Hands on experience in construction/carpentry. Experience with hitch work and brake controls. Must be able to work outside or in an un-climate controlled environment. Good hand-eye coordination. Attention to detail. Electrical experience. Ability to understand and communicate information. Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools. Willing to work weekends as needed. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
