I need a crew to install trusses and sheet a 50X132 pole barn. I need a good lead and at least 2 helpers or carpenters to assist in the construction. We are located 20 miles W of Spokane on the Spokane River. You must provide your own handtools although we will provide compressor, air nailer, telehandler and manlift etc. Must have good transportation and desire to show up every day and put in a good days work. We drug test so don't bother to apply if you can't pass. Posts and beams are installed and trusses are ready to be delivered

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in framing construction. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA certification is a plus. Duties/Responsibilities: Punch Lists •Must be able to complete Punch List – A punch list is a quality checklist from the builder of the homeowner of any issues identified during the walk through. •Must be able to troubleshoot and read blueprints/ floor plans. •Must have National Electric Code (NEC) knowledge. •Must communicate with the manager regarding any issues that arise. Required Skills/Abilities: •Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electrical. •Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. •Must have their own standard residential electrical tools. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Must have specialty tool use knowledge – i.e. Jack Hammer, Generator, Multimeter, Toner. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Must be able to read paperwork and fill out necessary information. Education and Experience: •Previous experience in all phases of residential electrical. •High school diploma or GED preferred. •Must have electrical safety knowledge. (Lock Out Tag Out) Physical Requirements: •Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. •Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. •Must be able to work in hot and confined spaces (attic work). •Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time. •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. •Must have clean driving record.
