Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire. Ability to read and comprehend budgets. Supervisory experience required. Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
