Job Title: Iron Worker/Carpenter (Metal Building Erector) Location: Green Bay, WI Pay: $28 – $34 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Duration: Remainder of the season Start Date: Monday, 9/22/2025 Job Description: Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Iron Worker/Carpenter (Metal Building Erector) for commercial and agricultural building projects in the Green Bay, WI area. We are looking for dependable and skilled tradespeople who are ready to work for the rest of the season. Job Duties: Erect structural steel and install steel framing systems Construct and assemble agricultural and commercial buildings (including pole barns and steel structures) Perform steel stud framing, siding, roofing, and sheathing as required Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications Maintain a safe and clean work environment Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in carpentry or steel erection Experience with pole barns, steel erection, or steel stud framing highly preferred Ability to work at heights and use ladders, lifts, and scaffolding Job requires proper use of PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, gloves, boots) Must have basic hand tools and harness Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to start work promptly at 6:00 AM If interested, please text "Green Bay" to 321-352-6470 for a quick response. HVAC Tech / installer wanted Growing home energy retrofit company looking to hire an experienced HVAC tech / mini split installer. Ideal candidate is drug free, self-motivated, has a clean driving record, has strong customer service skills, is hard working, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work. EPA 608 certification preferred. Experience installing heat pumps (both ducted and ductless) is required. Insulation, carpentry and or drywall is a plus. Current driver's license and clean driving record is a must. Position would involve up to 10% of work in attics and crawlspace which can be hot, dusty and uncomfortable. Candidate must be hard working and OK with working in tight spaces. Work involves installing mini split head units, whole house heat pumps, condensers, wall mounting brackets, linesets, flaring linesets, installing air handlers, condensate drains, field duct transitions, running conduit, electrical etc. Must be able to competently perform nitrogen leak tests and vacuum linesets using a vacuum pump and manifold gauges. Experience diagnosing mini splits / heat pumps is a plus. Company vehicle may be available. Compensation starts at $24-36/hr depending on experience.
