Sparrow Woodworks, a high-end homebuilder on the Kitsap Peninsula, is looking for a carpenter to join its growing team. Hallmarks of our process include attention to detail, tight communication, and running fun, close-knit crews that touch nearly every part of the homes we build. Competitive applicants will have experience in multiple phases of the building process, from site work and rough carpentry to window setting, cabinet installation and interior trim. Working under a superintendent and typically with a helper, carpenter will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, executing the highest level of detail cleanly, efficiently and safely.
