Looking for experienced Carpenters to build houses in the Appleton area. Experience required. Must have bags, hammer, tape measure, square, chalk line, utility knife, cats claw, and hard hat. Pay is to be determined. Pay range is $18-26 an hour. We push 40-50 hours a week.

Must be willing to get dirty and have an interest in drywall work, window installation, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, and some lawn and snow removal. You will be responsible for completing maintenance requests and improving the resident living experience and property appearance. Pay based on experience and ability to learn. Pay is every other week.
