The Position We are hiring a full-time Carpenter/Tile Setter to join our crew. This role involves hands-on remodeling work and direct interaction with clients. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently. Hourly employees only—no subcontractors. 👉 Must have advanced tile-setting expertise, including porcelain, marble, glass, large-format, and mosaic installations. 👉 Must be trained and experienced in the Schluter Shower System. 👉 Must thrive in a structured work environment and be an “A-player” who consistently delivers excellence. 💲 We pay above the going rate for experienced, highly skilled tile setters.
