Carpenter/ Working Project Manager

David Spence Inc. is hiring talented and knowledgeable individuals who are able to physically perform the skills listed below, and are able to take lead as a project manager for jobs that are subcontracted. Company Shirts Provided **** WE ARE HIRING DIRECTELY FOR DAVID SPENCE INC NOT SUBCONTRACTING OR HIRING THROUGH AGENTS**** This individual will have the ability to problem solve, adapt, and over come situations that arise in the field. They will need to be able to read blueprints, contracts, and drawings for layouts. They will need to be personable as you will be working directly with homeowners who will have questions. They will need to be able to direct subcontractors on the projects sold and what needs to be done to complete these projects as well as be in the field to monitor progression. They will also need to be able to work alone if needed for projects that are not subcontracted out and complete these projects in a timely manner. *This is the areas that you will need to have knowledge and be able to physically perform: Bathroom Remodels-all aspects Kitchen Remodels- all aspects Electrical Plumbing Trim Flooring- Tile, LVT, Carpet, Wood Doors Windows Paint Framing Siding Stucco Drywall- Hanging, Finishing, Texture Waterproofing- this we will train on OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION: *Must have reliable transportation- Truck or Van Required as you will be transporting materials to and from job sites and picking up materials from vendors. *Must have own tools (Hand tools, and power tools, Etc.) *Must pass a Drug Test- If you have to study for the drug test need not apply *Must have Common Sense, and clean cut
