Carpenter, Handyman & Laborer Sought (Norwell)

Looking for someone with their own tools and transportation to work 20 to 40 hours+ per week with hours being flexible. This opportunity entails working at various Massachusetts properties currently located in Norwell, Duxbury, Pocasset, Wilbraham and South Boston. You'll be working for a real estate development company. You can be highly experienced or still learning. Pay to be commensurate with your ability to handle various tasks. Ideally you're detail oriented and you aren't afraid to get dirty and work hard on those occasions requiring labor. Tasks could include anything from restoring windows, building/rebuilding a deck, siding, roofing, helping to maintain a manmade pond, landscaping/hardscaping, light demolition work, light moving, to general labor. There is potential for growth in responsibilities and hours if a candidate desires, but not mandatory.
