Day to day job details include, welding, framing, drywall repairs, painting, gutter cleaning, concrete flat work some masonry and eviction clean outs. Must be able to lift 80 pounds, Must have a drivers license and a vehicle to drive to the job site every day. Must have your own tools such as cordless drill , impact, tape measure , hammer , square etc. We are looking for a person with a wide variety of skills to help us with our day to day jobs. We work all over the Denver Metro area for apartment communities repairing fences, hand railings, sidewalk and general building repairs.

Deck construction no experience necessary. Need a helper for miscellaneous. We build north side, Superior, westminster, Thornton, Arvada etc. start $23-28 depending on experience

We’re looking for Concrete professionals with at least 5 years experience in flatwork, foundations, curb and gutter, and more. The right candidate will bring precision, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Duties • Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring by using hand tools and other equipment. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. • Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques using rake, shovel, hand or power troweling, power screed, floats, • Install forms, rebar, and other material for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability. • Apply caulking and sealant as needed to protect finished surfaces. • Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, etc. • Free hand ramp, curb & gutter. Requirements • Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!! And provide verifiable work history. • Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
