The Estimator will understand and communicate intent of construction documents. This position will perform a variety of tasks, often changing on short notice. This position reports directly to the President. The Estimator will portray a professional image, while displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism when representing the company to all project related parties. RESPONSIBILITIES  Communicate with general contractors, end users, manufacturer representatives, vendors, suppliers and labor subcontractors  Understand and communicate intent of all construction documents.  Obtain and review plans and specifications  Complete take-offs and prepare bid worksheet  Prepare job costing using “job costing guidelines”  Generate proposals  Conduct job walk of upcoming work when requested  Communicate daily will all company personnel  Other duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager REQUIRED ABILITIES AND SKILLS  Effective verbal and written communication skills  Organize, and problem solve  Strong basic math skills  Be a team player and self-motivated  Follow direction  Solid computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook  Solid background in an estimating program  Other skills as needed and assigned **The position of Estimator maintains “NON EXEMPT” status**

We are currently seeking technicians that will use electrical, plumbing, shop and irrigation skills to service, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of fountain brands as well as assist in the assembly and installation of new units. The position will require strong electro-mechanical skills, customer service skills, regular interaction with customers and prospects and being a contributing member of a great teamwork environment. Working, driving, and installation in a variety of weather conditions is routine. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must. Duties/Responsibilities: Service, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of fountain brands, as well as assist in the assembly and installation of new units. Maintain communication with Homeowners Associations, Customers, Vendors, Trade Professionals, Golf Courses, Apartments and other referral sources in the community to grow The Lake Doctors, Inc. business. Requirements Ability to read and interpret operating procedures, and safety rules. Possess good time management, organizational and communication skills. Highly motivated individual that works well on their own. Strong Team Player. Comfortable speaking with the customers to discuss their fountain and aeration needs. Education and Experience: Mechanical and electrical knowledge: 1 year (preferred). High school or equivalent (required). Some college helpful but not essential. Physical Requirements: Physical strength and agility to safely and sufficiently operate equipment such as boats, all-terrain vehicles, trucks and other assigned equipment or vehicles in outdoor environments, on or near water, in an environment that may include heavy vegetation, uneven terrain, various species of wildlife and varying weather conditions. Ability to safely winch, launch a boat on uneven terrain from a trailer, including when required, the ability to move or carry a Jon/utility boat to the shoreline up to a distance of 50ft. Ability to pull electrical wire/power cables, dig trenches, bury conduit/power cables and lift, move and install weighted tubing used for aeration installations. Must be able to service fountain motors that vary in size and weight. This will require the ability to on occasion flip fountains over, lift or move fountains ranging from 50 to 100lbs. Restrictions: A valid, clean Driver’s License for the operations of various motor vehicles and equipment. Our insurance company must accept you as an insured prior to employment. Full Time only.
