Must be Secure with heights, pitched plains and able to lift 75lbs. The persons inquiring for employment need to be; a self starter, motivated and reliable. MUST have their own form of transportation. Catching the bus or riding a bike does not suffice. Must be a “attention to detail” type, and able to take instruction. Shinglers must have 2years experience, with knowledge of the roof system as a whole. Must be able to see imperfections in fascias, plywood and fix issues on the fly… Employees must follow all safety protocols & procedures. This is a drug & alcohol free work environment.
