Position Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Practice Location: Phoenix, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday Setting: Onsite | Single Clinic Location | No Travel Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance Bonus Potential Benefits Package Medical, dental, and vision insurance through Aetna 401(k) plan with 4% employer match (eligibility after 12 months) $750 annual continuing education reimbursement Generous paid time off (PTO) plus separate sick leave About the Opportunity Our well-regarded outpatient orthopedic practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative care team. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for long-term stability, a manageable patient load, and the ability to grow professionally in a supportive environment. You will work with a steady caseload, maintain clinical autonomy, and have a clearly defined pathway toward leadership opportunities.
