Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or CPA candidate is strongly preferred. 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and industry experience. Prior experience in a public company setting or with IPO readiness is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting. Demonstrated experience with monthly close processes, account reconciliations, and journal entry preparation. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
