In the Quantexa Solution Engineering (SE) team, you'll spearhead the initial connection between prospect organizations and the Go to Market team (GTM), setting the cornerstone for their journey. We seek an individual with profound technical and business acumen, adept at de-mystifying complex concepts with clarity and precision. You will: Uncover customer pain points: Use targeted, precise solution engineering techniques to identify the real challenges our prospects. Design and deliver tailored solutions: Create compelling presentations and deliver impactful product demos—adapting depth and content to resonate with each audience. Own the POC lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end proof of concept process. Define and align on success criteria, showcase sprint outcomes that clearly demonstrate value, and generate excitement around our solution. Ensure a smooth handover: Before transitioning to the delivery team, confirm a shared understanding of the customer’s pain and how the Quantexa solution addresses it. Be the face of Quantexa: Represent our brand with pride—whether engaging with prospects, supporting customers, or speaking at industry events and webinars. Probe and grasp prospect pain points, showcasing Quantexa's transformative solutions. Partner closely with Sales Directors to shape the opportunity strategy, qualify deals and influence account planning. Cultivate trust as the go-to advisor to clients, big and small, crafting compelling Value Engineering strategies. Craft tailored Proofs of Concept alongside the rest of GTM for maximum impact that capture the customers business problems. Lead the process of ‘Discovery’ and then ‘Solutionize’ with our prospects, to iterate and hone in on the right joint solution for all parties. Collaborate seamlessly with Quantexa's commercial teams, product experts and SMEs, embodying our core value of being a team player. Flawlessly lead product demos and presentations, qualify opportunities and manage compliance statements. Elevate Quantexa's profile through industry events such as SIBOS, ACAMS and thought leadership; and Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on market and customer input to help shape roadmap opportunities.   Requirements What you’ll bring: Extensive experience in technology as a bridge between business and technical users /stakeholders in a commercially focused technical sales role e.g. Presales, Solution Engineering, Technical Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Management etc. Experience working with large banks or financial institutions including familiarity with buying cycles in regulated environments. Demonstrate technological mastery in data-powered, analytical solutions like Entity Resolution, Network Generation or Advanced Analytics. Proven track record of working in data management ecosystem with exposure to tools, technology and organizational data estate in world of analytics and AI. Ability to present to and excite senior leaders in Financial Services, leveraging technical acumen and deep knowledge of the banking ecosystem and establish trust and rapport with prospects. Command robust knowledge in technology and architecture particularly within the realm of enterprise software, such as big data technology, Elastic /OpenSearch, on-prem/on cloud deployment of open architectures. You’re all about the customer, and you’ll engage and captivate audiences of all sizes with an innate ability to simplify intricate concepts. Ability to travel across North America (25 – 40%) depending on customer needs and location; and Boast domain expertise across various realms of financial services (Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, Anti-fraud, AML, KYC, CRM) or in more general data management concepts (data quality, data warehousing, data fabric, etc.)   Nice to have: Experience working with scale-up companies; and Experience to Quantexa’s partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Elasticsearch). Large private correctional food service provider in Texas is seeking experienced Food Service Director at the Potter County Jail in Amarillo, TX. DUTIES: Oversee all aspects of cooking, baking, and serving of meals. Prepare daily menus. Provide hands-on supervision and training of meal preparation, delivery, and service to kitchen supervisors and Inmate Trustees (non-violent offenders only). Receive deliveries and check for accuracy. Conduct weekly inventory. Maintain regular communication with jail staff, corporate office, and regional manager. Produce weekly paperwork for accounting department. Maintain a safe working environment for employees at all times. Conduct monthly Safety Training meetings for all shifts.
