Senior Data Engineer

The Director of Audiology leads the development of audiology departments in newly partnered and existing ENT and Allergy practices across Align ENT and Allergy. This position requires outpatient clinic and retail hearing aid experience and an ability to design and implement consistent audiology and sales excellence "playbooks" to drive profitable growth across practices Requirements Implement initiatives to support growth and profitability including: • Define, develop and implement audiology growth initiatives • Create reproducible "playbooks"- workflows, processes, roles, tools, and metrics-- to guide successful implementation • Tailor "playbook" implementation to the local practice environment Training and development • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in audiology. • Develop training and mentorship programs for clinicians and managers in support of audiology service development • Identify and develop subject matter experts ("knowledge nodes") to support best practice sharing Monitoring and Reporting • Collect and present regular reports on key performance indicators, patient outcomes, and operational metrics. • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement them • Define targets and budgets in collaboration with VP of Operations Communicate audiology department progress - internally and externally • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and other providers, practice managers and other teammates • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on audiology across our organization • Represent the organization at relevant meetings and events. • Work with Align marketing to share our success stories Cultural Leadership: • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork. • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and other providers, practice managers and other teammates Qualifications: • Doctor of Audiology degree • 5+ years of for-profit, multi-site or retail audiology experience • Track record of programmatic growth • Proven leadership and managerial experience. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

The Role Core Responsibilities Develop and begin implementing Air’s IG strategy Design and begin executing a thoughtful, data-informed strategy to grow Air’s presence on Instagram with a goal of dramatically scaling our reach and engagement. Audit Air’s current social media presence, audience and competitive landscape. Build perspective on how and where Air can win and develop a tactical approach to doing it. Grow Air’s audience across social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) Set and track clear goals for audience and engagement growth, showcasing consistent growth in video reach and views. Create and post short-form video content regularly across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Understand and measure with analytics what “works” and what “doesn’t”. Iterate constantly. Build and manage Air’s UGC + Influencer creator network Invite and collaborate with UGC creators and influencers, building a network of regular collaborators across Air's social media platforms. Conduct an audit of relevant creators and influencers across platforms, building relationships with those aligned to our values and audience. Manage the end-to-end collaboration process—from content planning and feedback to payment logistics and post-launch performance tracking. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years creating social media for either/both your Personal-brand or a Brand-brand. Keen understanding of how social media works (e.g. perspectives on clipping, virality, audience and which platforms and why) Creative strategist with a sharp point of view on content, culture, and what makes ideas resonate. Strong network in creator community, ability to project manage and deliver results. Technical Ability: A large Instagram/TikTok following, experience with content creation, front and behind camera, with fast, clean video editing chops. Network Reliability Engineer Role The Network Reliability Engineer reports to the Manager of Network Reliability and is a member of CoreSite’s Network Engineering team. The primary function of the role will be to advance automation, scale, and next-generation initiatives within the company. The role will focus heavily on SDN, Cloud, and virtualization. The position will heavily focus on product improvements and automation. Candidate should have experience in at least one programming language and be willing to demonstrate this experience during the interview process. We don’t necessarily care if you have a computer science degree, but we do expect candidates to be able to demonstrate full understanding of fundamental programming concepts. Repetitive activities are boring and have to be eliminated. You will be part of a world-class engineering team that’s paving the path for new ways for enterprises to consume ever increasing cloud services. Duties Train, mentor, and help develop the skills/capabilities of Network Reliability Engineers. Be responsible for the quality of the customer experience in production and in the ideation, design, and development of next generation systems. Partner with Engineering teams to measure, deliver, and improve both the engineering and customer experience. Improve observability via implementation of improved monitoring, metrics, logging, and system analytics. Build software and systems to manage services and applications through automation. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network components, inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. Produce network topology diagrams for existing and new infrastructures for sales, customers, marketing, and other internal needs. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Track record of building and running high-performance teams.
