What You’ll Do: Serve as the trusted guide for prospective buyers navigating the Vantage Homes experience—from touring model homes to closing. Collaborate with Vantage’s support teams to ensure every client feels heard and confident throughout their purchase journey. Tap into local networks and marketing strategies to attract motivated buyers to Vantage’s communities. What You Bring: A proven track record (2+ years) in sales, real estate, or customer service, with consistent high performance. Hungry to sell, build relationships, and deliver unforgettable experiences. Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems—and excited to embrace design software and buyer communication tools. Ready to work onsite (including weekends), flexible, and fully licensed (or willing to get licensed during training). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and necessary insurance. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive uncapped commission structure, plus draw—total earnings typically range from $80,000–$130,000+ annually.
