About Boosterz Boosterz is a Los Angeles–based digital platform that empowers student‑athletes and teams to raise funds, build their personal brands, and tap into NIL opportunities through content‑driven fan engagement. We partner with coaches, booster clubs, and brands to deliver sustainable, community‑backed support systems—no product sales required. Role Overview As a Regional Sports Scout, you will be the face of Boosterz in your territory, identifying and recruiting high‑school, youth, collegiate, and amateur teams to our platform. You’ll build relationships with coaches, booster clubs, and athletes, and train them on how to leverage Boosterz for fundraising, fan engagement, and sponsor integration. Key Responsibilities Attend practices, games, and tournaments to prospect and engage potential Boosterz users Present Boosterz to coaches, athletic directors, booster clubs, and athletes; secure platform sign‑ups Conduct live demonstrations and group training sessions on profile setup, content posting, and subscription management Coach teams on best practices for social‑media‑driven fundraising and fan engagement Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads; report on outreach activities and conversion metrics Act as a liaison between Boosterz, local sports organizations, and potential sponsor partners Qualifications Proven passion for sports—experience as an athlete, coach, or sports marketer preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self‑starter who thrives in a field‑based, flexible environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and events Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to work evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits Commission‑based pay tied to the funds raised by your recruits Commission-based On‑target earnings (OTE) of $65,000–$85,000 per year, up to $105,000 for top performers Performance bonuses for hitting recruitment milestones Flexible schedule—plan your own territory visits and outreach activities Networking opportunities with coaches, athletes, and brand sponsors Potential career growth into senior sales, partnerships, or sports marketing roles Who are these jobs for? 1️⃣ The Game Changer (Energetic & Youthful) Love sports? This position may perform a variety of tax, audit, specialty tax, and/or accounting services duties depending on the Firm’s needs and the interests of the employee. This position must be performed in the Topeka or Overland Park offices. Functions and Responsibilities (may include any of the following): Verifies and enters details of transactions using accounting software.
