We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift! Monday - Friday- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay rate: $20-24 Overview: Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards. Responsibilities: Operate machinery safely according to company policies Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved Cross train and assist in other departments as required Requirements To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding: Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience Education: HS Diploma Skills: Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail Characteristics: Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance

Day to day responsibilities include: Collect and organize data to support the client in becoming a more data-driven organization.
