As the Plumbing Service and Install Field Manager in Nashville, TN, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to create accountability, enhance communication, and focus on improvements to efficiency and profitability within your department. You will accomplish this by working in conjunction with the other trade leaders to provide Field Professionals with KPI-driven feedback, coordinating 1-on-1’s, preparing review materials, reviewing Field Professional callbacks, performing jobsite visits, training, and facilitating group meetings. Responsibilities: Under the Field Operations Manager’s direction, review and prepare feedback using data from (Service Titan) invoices, timecards, KPI reports, productivity reports, and estimates. Assist each individual Field Professional and help them to achieve their goals, both personal and professional. Scheduling, preparing, and conducting regular 1-on-1 coaching meetings for each Field Professional. Review Field Professionals’ invoices and estimates sheets. Coordinate and conduct training and ride-alongs. Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business. Resolve customer concerns that require management involvement. Requirements Qualifications: Trade license preferred 5-10+ years of field experience - Residential/Commercial Plumbing Service and Drains Proven track record of strong performance, with 1-3 years in a leadership role preferred Solid foundational knowledge of the Residential/Commercial Plumbing Service industry to include products and services offered. Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals. Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages. Multi-tasker who enjoys working with diverse teams on varied projects. Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Selfless individual who can prioritize the needs of the team above individual needs. Passionate about Hoffmann Brothers and loves the brand. Requirements: To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. The employee is required to reach with their hands and arms. The employee must be able to climb ladders, work in both hot and cold environments, and navigate small crawl spaces. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50lbs or more. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons. The work environment will subject employees to continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective, consistent, and constant communication with customers, vendors, co-workers, and others is required. Safety: Must consider one’s primary job safety, both for personal, co-worker and public benefit, and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and of TOSHA requirements. How You Will Make an Impact Frida is looking for a Brand Manager to be responsible for defining and driving holistic action plans to drive growth initiatives across the Frida Mom & Frida Fertility brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, collaborative, and an expert in analyzing varying types of data to uncover actionable business insights that inform strategy. The Brand Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver annual revenue and margin goals in the short and long-term.  Responsibilities to include: Become a subject matter expert on the brand, consumer and portfolio to help inform day-to-day decisions on the business.  Collaborate cross-functionally to routinely evaluate the performance of products in market to refine plans, SKU strategy and maximize growth opportunities.  Support the development of annual and quarterly briefs to cross-functional teams that define the business priorities and executional plans for the brand. Responsibilities: Create all development tech packs for showroom samples per season/delivery. Create base tech packs for all brands "in house samples" for production orders and pass off to tech team for master fits. Measure original samples, photograph and write accurate construction following our fit standard. Communicate and follow up with factories questions /allocations and giving/receiving updated AWB# packages to ensure on-time samples. Create charts/maps to manage all priority samples for each individual factory. Enter garment information into Exenta. Work with both designers and tech teams to ensure all information is correct on tech packs etc.  Possible prefits with designers to insure proper adjustments needed for showroom samples from original garments.    Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as a design/development tech at a women’s fashion company. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, measuring, workmanship and function. Basic pattern making knowledge. Must be able to look at a pattern and call out corrections. Fluent in Photoshop, excel, word. Knowledge in Exenta is a plus. Strong written, verbal communication.  Someone who is an independent thinker. A good problem solver.  Basic knowledge of fabrications. 3D Subtitling Operator
Compensation: $28-31/hr Please note the role requires availability for weekend coverage as part of the regular schedule. To support our global Digital Cinema team, the 3D Theatrical Subtitling Operator will be required to perform subtitle pre-qualification and post processing of all subtitled feature and trailer content, ensuring subtitle assets meet the required standards prior to mastering. The operator will also be responsible for the creation and client demonstration of 3D subtitle disparity maps, the subsequent 3D language versioning for Digital Cinema Packages and any downstream associated outputs. Other responsibilities include testing of tools and applications, handling all associated data entry related to work orders, working with other departments and providing feedback to the Project Team, Mastering and Content Services. The ideal candidate will be expected to have previous theatrical subtitling experience and a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the various content specifications they will be handling. They will be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude, and must be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
