Pay range: **$20.00 + DOE** We are looking for a Customer Service Associate/ Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service for our business and distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability. Responsibilities Go the extra mile to engage customers Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints Inform customers about new products and services Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Requirements Prior Outdoor Supply Industry Experience Must be comfortable working most of your shift on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks, such as stooping, squatting, and lifting items above your head. Must be comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar commercial vehicle. Advanced Mobility & Research: Contribute to research on emerging technologies (e.g., connected/automated vehicles, micromobility, in-road charging). Assist in developing dashboards, visualizations, and data analytics to support planning and grant applications. ITS Design Exposure: Support design teams in documenting and organizing ITS assets such as fiber networks, field equipment, and communication systems. This internship will provide hands-on experience working on active transportation construction projects, combining both engineering and inspection responsibilities. The role will be heavily field based, with time spent on job sites supporting construction management, inspection, and project engineering tasks This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in civil engineering, construction management, or related fields who want practical exposure to both design and construction oversight. Key Responsibilities Work directly on roadway, bridge, and transportation construction projects under the supervision of licensed engineers. Observe and document construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with project plans and specifications. Assist in preparing daily inspection reports, documenting progress, and recording quantities of work performed. Support project engineers with technical problem-solving, design interpretation, and contractor coordination. We provide training, ongoing support and equip Direct Support Professionals to provide 1 on 1 care to support adults and children with intellectual disabilities in their homes and in the community. What you’ll do as an In Home Supports Supervisor: You will be part of a team working with both the families and the individuals we serve to ensure the individualized service plans and goal plans are carried out in the individual’s home and community. As a member of the team, you will manage a caseload of individuals with Intellectual disabilities and/or Autism by creating and executing their goals towards an independent and successful life. As a supervisor, you will represent the agency at the county level and you will oversee the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who work with the individuals we support. You will support the DSPs work by supporting them to achieve the Individual's outcomes, ensuring that services are mission driven and of the highest quality. Key Responsibilities: Orient new staff to the program and the cases they will be working on. Provide ongoing supervision and development of assigned direct support professionals with a coaching mindset to help their growth. Provide 5-10 hours of direct care support to individuals in the program. Keep abreast of developments in the field relating to the provision of services and intervention techniques. Coordinate and organize home and community supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Assist with the development, implementation, updating and review of individual support plans that are strengths based and person centered in collaboration with the team and the individuals being served. Attend all necessary meetings relating to both the support and coordination aspects of the individuals being served. Maintain documentation and data related to your caseload.
