City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a Commercial Building Solutions Manager for our location in Indianapolis. We are looking for an experienced sales professional, that is self-motivated and enjoys a fast-paced, work environment. Our CBS Team provides Facility Maintenance Solutions for Commercial Properties. This CBS Manager will target new clients in their assigned territory, and develop them for client retention, and long-term relationships. City Wide, the nation’s leading management company in the building maintenance industry, provides solutions to a wide range of issues that clients face at their facilities. In this position, you will serve the City Wide Facility Solutions of Indianapolis, one of more than 90 markets covered across the United States and Canada. Our mission at City Wide is to create a ripple effect by positively impacting the people and communities we serve. The primary responsibility of the CBS Manager is growing our client base in their assigned territory. This position identifies, prospects, and sells all types of facility maintenance- running the sale from prospecting through to contract negotiation, project management, and developing relationships with clients and contractors to achieve sales goals. Essential Functions: Monday- Friday/ Hybrid- Remote- Fieldwork ·         Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services. ·         Prospect prospective clients daily. ·         Schedule qualified appointments. ·         Prepare quotes, figure out the logistics of each project, and negotiate contracts. ·         Manage the project from start to finish- develop strong relationships with clients and contractors to establish retention. ·         Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set. ·         Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management. ·         Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by management. ·         Send all City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriate. ·         Other duties, as necessary. Requirements Preferred requirements: ·          2-4 years B2B sales experience and/or cold calling experience highly desirable. ·         Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process. ·         Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills. ·         Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently. ·         Prior experience using CRM.
