OB/GYN Hospitalist – Inpatient-Only Practice with Career Growth Opportunities Location: Gilbert, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Seven 24-hour shifts per month (12-hour shifts also available) Practice Setting: High-acuity women’s hospital | 100% Inpatient Call: None beyond scheduled shifts Travel: Not required Position Overview A leading women’s health hospital in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join its dedicated inpatient team. This position is ideal for physicians who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are interested in opportunities for professional advancement through leadership, mentorship, or quality initiatives. This is a fully inpatient position—no clinic visits, outpatient follow-ups, or additional on-call duties. You’ll care for a diverse, high-acuity obstetric population with the support of 24/7 in-house maternal-fetal medicine specialists, anesthesia, ICU, and other key services.
