Position Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Prescott, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Clinical Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Travel Requirements: None Compensation & Incentives Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience) Incentive Bonus: RVU-based performance bonuses available Sign-On / Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $15,000 (depending on experience and eligibility) Position Summary An established outpatient family medicine clinic in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or on-call duties—ideal for providers prioritizing both patient impact and personal balance. The clinic promotes a streamlined, patient-centered model of care with onsite scribe support, collaborative team dynamics, and manageable patient volumes to ensure focus on quality over quantity.
