CURRENT JOB:   Pays $25 per hr on site time.  Time on site estimated at 2-3 hrs.  Mileage TBD at scheduling based on distance.  PHG needs a rep to assemble and install Greeting Card Display and set cards to POG in a Hannaford Store in Colonie, NY on 9/26/25. Rep must provide their own basic hand tools and Drill/hand driver.  Rep will call store to confirm materials/display/cards on site prior to visit date indicated.   PLEASE NOTE this is not a full time or permanent part time job.  One time visit Jobs are posted and distributed on an as needed bases as PHG receives them from the clients.  FUTURE WORK:  Once in PHG Retail Services system you will receive all jobs posted to your geographic area with brief description and pay for review and you can request the job if interested.  [JH1]

The Adjunctive Therapist utilizes the modalities they are certified in whether music, occupational or physical rehabilitation, art or recreation. The Adjunctive Therapist serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team providing services to adults and adolescent patients under Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital's care for emotional or substance abuse problems.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Activities Conducts group and individual sessions for patients, within scope of practice which may draw from mediums such as music, art therapy, movement therapy, physical therapy, occupational rehabilitation, exercise, games or leisure activities. Demonstrates sound application of the theory and methodology of their certified adjunctive discipline. Provide individual activity therapy as ordered by patient’s physician. Regularly communicates with community resources and community partners to schedule hospital groups pertaining to canine therapy, equestrian therapy, and other community-based resources to supplement programming at the hospital. Administrative Assignments Evaluate patient progress and document results in patient chart and department records Contributes effectively to discharge planning. Perform routine and assigned clinical and administrative tasks. Provides direct support to Adjunctive Therapist and Behavioral Health Aides, reviews and signs off on their documentation. Exhibit a commitment to quality and process improvement. Performs related duties, as requested. Upholds the Organization's ethics and customer service standards. Requirements Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field with a certification in music, art, physical, occupational, or recreation therapy.    One year experience in a health care field with emphasis in adjunctive therapy.  Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required, or obtained within initial orientation period. Verbal de-escalation and physical intervention program as approved by the CNO. Familiarity of psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses and treatment. Demonstrated group process, teaching or training skills. Experience in psychiatric care environment preferred. Skills and Abilities: Maintains confidentiality of patients at all times. Sensitivity to and willingness to interact with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds. Verify all on line inspection sheets and production documents prior to and during production. Sign off on all changeover check sheets as quickly as possible to verify all details are correct or to minimize the amount of product to be put on hold. Place all out of specification products and/or raw materials on hold using an orange QC Hold tag. Conduct and report daily GMP audits and corrective measures on designated shift. Perform a walkthrough with the shift supervisor at least once per week. Assist in maintaining retained production samples for each product produced. As needed, assist with training of new employees and refresher training of existing employees in GMP, HACCP and other certifications as needed. As needed, assist with customer complaints investigations. As needed, assist with sample preparation and shipping. As needed, assist in keeping Process Sheets up to date with production notes and speeds. As needed, assist with required Quality Assurance reports. As needed, conduct taste tests to ensure production run matches previous runs/samples. As needed, assist with R/D tasks and production sample runs/trials and report. Whether you bring leadership expertise as a Foreman or Lead, or hands-on skills as a Technician II, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality telecom infrastructure projects that connect communities. Responsibilities: Civil Roles (Foreman, Lead, Technician II) Perform and supervise concrete and foundation work for telecom construction sites. Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers. Handle site preparation, trenching, conduit installation, and related ground work (no tower climbing). Ensure construction follows engineering drawings, safety standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with tower teams and subcontractors to meet overall project goals. Travel frequently throughout Washington and Oregon to complete projects.
