ABOUT US: Formerly Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital, SRBHH was opened in 2016 and is regarded as an integral part of the greater Santa Rosa and Northern California mental health system of care. Conveniently located in the North Bay, this hospital consists of 144 acute psychiatric inpatient beds. POSITION TITLE: Adjunctive Therapist (Certified Art Therapist) PAY RANGE: $44.00-$55.55 Per Hour REPORTS TO: Director of Clinical Services DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The primary role of the Adjunctive Therapist is to plan and implement and facilitate therapeutic groups or activities for all adult and adolescent patients. The Adjunctive Therapist utilizes the modalities they are certified in whether music, occupational or physical rehabilitation, art or recreation. The Adjunctive Therapist serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team providing services to adults and adolescent patients under Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital's care for emotional or substance abuse problems.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Activities Conducts group and individual sessions for patients, within scope of practice which may draw from mediums such as music, art therapy, movement therapy, physical therapy, occupational rehabilitation, exercise, games or leisure activities. Demonstrates sound application of the theory and methodology of their certified adjunctive discipline. Provide individual activity therapy as ordered by patient’s physician. Regularly communicates with community resources and community partners to schedule hospital groups pertaining to canine therapy, equestrian therapy, and other community-based resources to supplement programming at the hospital. Administrative Assignments Evaluate patient progress and document results in patient chart and department records Contributes effectively to discharge planning. Perform routine and assigned clinical and administrative tasks. Provides direct support to Adjunctive Therapist and Behavioral Health Aides, reviews and signs off on their documentation. Exhibit a commitment to quality and process improvement. Performs related duties, as requested. Upholds the Organization's ethics and customer service standards. Requirements Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field with a certification in music, art, physical, occupational, or recreation therapy.    One year experience in a health care field with emphasis in adjunctive therapy.  Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required, or obtained within initial orientation period. Verbal de-escalation and physical intervention program as approved by the CNO. Familiarity of psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses and treatment. Demonstrated group process, teaching or training skills. Experience in psychiatric care environment preferred. Skills and Abilities: Maintains confidentiality of patients at all times. Sensitivity to and willingness to interact with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds. Proficiency with software and/or equipment (Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.) Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize projects, work relatively independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as well as possessing the skills to lead, influence, and motivate others. Our Home is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician at our manufacturing facility located in Berlin, PA. The QA Technician is responsible to ensure product quality and product safety are consistent with corporate objectives. Additional responsibilities include performing raw material receiving testing, in process and finished product testing, document review, formulation, auditing and project work.  This position requires a high level of analytical, technical and communication skills.  Typical schedule would be Monday- Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM. Key Responsibilities Prepare shift reports as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager. Perform line inspections and raw material verifications prior to production beginning after a changeover or at the start of production for the week. Validate sanitation effectiveness and complete Post-OP or Pre-OP sanitation inspection report. Constantly inspect product as it is being produced to ensure it meets the benchmark standard and customer expectations and stop production immediately if out of tolerance deviation occurs. Verify all on line inspection sheets and production documents prior to and during production. Sign off on all changeover check sheets as quickly as possible to verify all details are correct or to minimize the amount of product to be put on hold. Place all out of specification products and/or raw materials on hold using an orange QC Hold tag. Conduct and report daily GMP audits and corrective measures on designated shift. Perform a walkthrough with the shift supervisor at least once per week. Assist in maintaining retained production samples for each product produced. As needed, assist with training of new employees and refresher training of existing employees in GMP, HACCP and other certifications as needed. As needed, assist with customer complaints investigations. As needed, assist with sample preparation and shipping. As needed, assist in keeping Process Sheets up to date with production notes and speeds. As needed, assist with required Quality Assurance reports. As needed, conduct taste tests to ensure production run matches previous runs/samples. As needed, assist with R/D tasks and production sample runs/trials and report. Requirements 1 - 2 years working in a production or food manufacturing facility Requires basic reading, writing and math skills.​ Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment Must be able to move/lift up to 50 lbs. We are expanding our Wireless Construction team in the Pacific Northwest and seeking experienced professionals to join us across multiple levels. Whether you bring leadership expertise as a Foreman or Lead, or hands-on skills as a Technician II, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality telecom infrastructure projects that connect communities. Responsibilities: Civil Roles (Foreman, Lead, Technician II) Perform and supervise concrete and foundation work for telecom construction sites. Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers. Handle site preparation, trenching, conduit installation, and related ground work (no tower climbing). Ensure construction follows engineering drawings, safety standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with tower teams and subcontractors to meet overall project goals. Travel frequently throughout Washington and Oregon to complete projects. Tower Roles (Foreman, Lead, Technician II) Climb and work at heights to install, upgrade, and maintain wireless tower equipment. Perform rigging, hoisting, antenna, line, and structural work. Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of tower components. Implement and enforce fall protection and safety protocols at all times. Lead or assist crews in completing tower projects on schedule and within safety standards. Document work completed and ensure compliance with client and industry specifications. Requirements Prior experience in wireless construction (civil or tower) at the foreman, lead, or technician level. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.
