This role combines front-office responsibilities (greeting guests, routing calls, handling paperwork) with hands-on marketing tasks such as updating websites, creating campaigns, and coordinating events. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented — a professional who thrives on variety, can anticipate needs, and takes initiative. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls; present a professional, solutions-oriented demeanor Manage office workflows, shared inboxes, and supply orders Scan, track, and route invoices and maintain accurate reporting logs Support executives with scheduling and administrative projects Marketing Update company website content, design flyers, and create marketing materials Execute email campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platforms Coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and on brand Contribute to content creation and branding initiatives with a creative eye Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role Proficiency in Constant Contact (or similar email marketing software) Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) Experience supporting trade shows, events, or campaigns Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office setting Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented Preferred Exposure to small-to-mid-sized company environments where flexibility is key Background in B2B marketing or product marketing
