Our partner is a national nonprofit organization established in 1985, dedicated to advancing research, providing support services, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and fostering government partnerships. The organization works to enhance quality of life, expand access to care, and accelerate the search for new treatments and a cure. The Manager, Development will be responsible for implementing signature fundraising events and supporting third-party events. This position involves developing strong relationships with supporters, identifying new prospects, and collaborating across teams to expand community engagement and fundraising impact. Location: Rockville, MD (Remote within the Washington, DC metro area) Responsibilities Implement a comprehensive plan to meet an annual income portfolio goal of $500,000, including signature events such as the Walk to Defeat ALS in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Recruit, steward, and retain event committee chairs and members. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners. Collaborate with event teams and committee volunteers to manage logistics, printing, and promotional materials. Operate within established budgetary guidelines. Partner with care services staff to involve individuals and families in awareness and fundraising activities. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to achieve public relations and promotional goals. Conduct outreach with corporate partners, vendors, committees, and donors. Represent the organization at community events and serve as a public spokesperson. Coordinate production and distribution of event promotional materials. Work collaboratively with the territory team and support the Managing Director, Development, as well as other team members. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines. Attend territory events and meetings as required. Collaborate with program and development teams to enhance fundraising effectiveness. Perform other duties as assigned to support mission and fundraising goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fundraising, event management, volunteer development/management, public relations, donor relations, and/or corporate sponsorship cultivation. Proficiency with online fundraising platforms, reporting, and data analysis for strategic planning. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and seek input when appropriate. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with consistent follow-up. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and use donor databases (such as Salesforce and Blackbaud). Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Tableau, Greater Giving, or Spekit is a plus. Insured driver with access to an insured vehicle for frequent travel throughout the territory. Senior PL SQL Developer
Trinetix is seeking technical-savvy Senior PL SQL Developer to support projects focused on healthcare data systems, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes, and data-driven automation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of claims data, industry-standard data formats (e.g., 837/835), and the broader healthcare data ecosystem.  The ideal candidate is technology-sound, technically skilled, adaptable, and capable of working across systems to analyze trends, identify process gaps, and help implement databases, datamarts and data storage, reporting solutions in healthcare operations.  Core responsibilities   Lead design, development, optimization, and maintenance of complex PL/SQL programs, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers in Oracle (11g/12c/19c).  Participate in and drive data analysis, modeling, and database design discussions aligned with business requirements in healthcare and claims management.  Design scalable backend database logic (for e.g. for clinical, billing, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and patient data workflows). Demonstrate and leverage strong knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer IDE.
