We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our high standards of property management. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring that our apartment communities are safe, clean, and inviting for all residents. You will work closely with the management team to address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from residents Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as necessary Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, including cleaning and repairs Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations If you have a passion for maintenance and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply!
