Perry Homes, a top Texas home builder, is looking for full-time Home Cleaners to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of model and inventory homes. Definition and Purpose Under the supervision of the  Coordinator – Rose Float, the Intermittent Rose Float Technician will be responsible for advising and assisting volunteers with the technical aspects of Rose Float planning and implementation. General knowledge of the methods, materials and tools used in float design, construction and decoration.. Current American Red Cross Certification in the following: Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED Must hold a CA Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to our insurance underwriters Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise student volunteers as necessary Facilitate weekend lab meetings and lab work days, establish safe work practices, and monitor work. The Technical Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of events held at the arena, including sound, lighting, and audiovisual systems. This position reports to the Director of Event Production.
