Production Managers at LandCare are crucial members of our operations team. Production Managers lead the frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while creating beautiful landscapes that inspire our clients. This position oversees production planning, cost estimation, materials procurement, and is directly involved with the hiring and training of crew members. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Your expert support will ensure the execution of more than 40 events a year, engaging more than 1,000 donors at the $1,000+ level and playing an integral part in meeting our development and campaign goals.      The Role:  As the Associate Director of Development and Governance Events, you’ll successfully plan, schedule, and execute a purposeful year-round calendar of exciting and creative Trustees’ Development events that closely align to the mission with clearly articulated outcomes, achieving a $1,000,000 annual revenue goal. You’ll work with the events team on fundraising, governance, and cultivation events that maintain positive donor relationships, activate our special places, gain new donors/members for the organization, cultivate existing donors, and raise valuable operating support across the state. Music Director for Middle School Theater Production 2025-2026
St. Luke’s School, a secular (non-religious), college-preparatory day school serving grades 5 through 12 in New Canaan, Connecticut, seeks a talented Music Director to work in collaboration with the Director of our Middle School Musical. The musical this year is Frozen, Jr. The show will be staged in the Seldin Performing Arts Center, our state-of-the-art, 480-seat proscenium theater with full sound and light capability and with the support of a robust technical crew composed of faculty, staff, and students. The Middle School show includes students in grades 5-8. The title has not yet been selected; and will use playback tracks (not a live pit orchestra). Schedule Auditions are held in mid-November Rehearsals are held 2:30pm to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, Nov. 30, 2025 - Feb. 20, 2026, with two weekend rehearsals (TBD) No rehearsals during Winter Break (December 20, 2025 - January 4, 2026) Tech Week will be February 23 - 26, 2026 Performances are Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28 2026 (two shows) Primary Job Responsibilities: Attend daily rehearsals Monday-Thursday:  2:30-4:00pm.  Attend creative team meetings, which may or may not happen during rehearsal time.
