Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. · 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. · Proven track record of developing creative strategies and brand guidelines for consumer markets. · Experience conducting brand studies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and implementing change. · Proven experience selecting AI design tools, implementing the solutions, and utilizing them to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness across a design organization. · Strong portfolio demonstrating of work with both hardware and software products. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
