Location: San Francisco, CA (Salesforce Park) Employment Type: Full-time On-site: In-person in San Francisco About the Role Our client is applying AI agents to billions of events daily to protect millions of users from spam, scams, and abuse. They are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the strategy and implementation of our product for our enterprise customers, which include Fortune 500 companies and tech unicorns. This role involves working at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement, solving real problems at a massive scale. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Own the end-to-end integration strategy of our product with enterprise customer systems. Partner with customers to understand their needs and set their strategy with our platform. Build GenAI-powered agentic workflows and automation for billions of events. Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users. Handle tasks currently managed by software engineers, including data integrations, configuration, and load testing. Manage stakeholder relationships across both technical and non-technical teams. Requirements 2-7 years of experience as a forward-deployed engineer or consultant, with a sweet spot around 1-2 years out of college. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Past experience working with LLM solutions and a deep understanding of GenAI. Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar. Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity. On-site work policy: This is an in-person position in San Francisco, with a non-standard 9am-9pm schedule or later.
