We are seeking a gymnastics instructor for our Fleming Island! Due to the volume of locations we have in this specific region, we'd love to discuss what position and center would be best based on your location, desired position, schedule, and age preferences. Responsibilities and Duties Work a part-time shift, 2:30pm - 6:45pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (ability to cross-train to obtain full time hours) Teach specialized classes in gymnastics to entry level to intermediate students Execute lesson plans and curriculum Transfer specific skill knowledge to students Maintain licensing requirements Complete required assessments and observations Talk to parents and help meet their needs Maintain cleanliness in the classroom Have fun! Conduct field inspections and document findings with detailed reports, including photographs and recommendations. Verify installation methods, material quality, and workmanship meet contractual and industry standards (NRCA, ASTM, OSHA, and NASA technical requirements). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and safety personnel to resolve technical issues. Provide input on corrective actions for deficiencies or non-compliant work. Identify opportunities to grow business with key accounts, including providing proposals to Tier 3 customers. Limited travel to customer locations for business growth and relationship opportunities.
