We're seeking a Head Soccer Coach (U4–U12) to lead coaching operations, player development, and coach mentorship across all early-stage and foundational programs. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who’s as passionate about developing coaches and programs as they are about delivering high-energy sessions on the field. You’ll be the driving force behind our U4–U12 programming — responsible for coach training and management, player development, and session execution. You’ll lead a team of part-time and seasonal coaches, collaborate with management to launch new initiatives, and ensure our programs remain engaging, fun, and impactful. Requirements Experience coaching youth ages 3–12. Passionate about working with and engaging young children Leadership experience managing, mentoring, and/or supervising coaches Proven experience and results in the youth sports domain Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work evenings and weekends.
