Compensation: $57,000-$75,000 / year 90 Day Probationary Period Performance review at 6-month mark (with possibility of advancement) Position Summary: We are looking for an individual who is organized and energetic, enjoys travel, and thrives in a constantly changing work environment.  Must be very comfortable with technology systems as we utilize many different types of hardware and software systems.  Must be very organized and able to follow defined systems and processes.  Someone who is handy, comfortable with power tools, and able to solve unique challenges which arise in the event industry. This position requires someone who can work flexible hours, travel, has creativity and a desire for perfection. You must be detail oriented, self-managed, and adjust to the changing needs of our clients. We have a culture of excitement and inspiration by allowing you to take ownership of your role and position as manager.  Most of our work takes place on professional golf tours but we also execute experiences at trade shows, golf outings, other professional sporting events, conferences, and more.    www.two12events.com Roles & Duties: Extensive travel required. (Busiest season is February through August) Manage and Execute Event Programming.  Coordinate with Production Manager and Warehouse Manager Manage Event Setup and Execution Support and maintain, organize, and inventory GOLFTEC Events assemblies and equipment Requirements Comfortable leading and managing a team. Extreme attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Ownership & pride in position/role/work Ability to analyze & implement system improvements Technical skill of tools & design. The ideal candidate will have experience with concrete placement, finishing, and repair in a commercial or industrial construction setting. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare and set forms for concrete placement according to blueprints and specifications. Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete for slabs, sidewalks, curbs, walls, and other structures. Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools. Monitor curing of concrete to ensure durability and strength. Perform concrete patching, repairs, and surface preparation as needed. Operate equipment such as power screeds, trowels, and saws.
