This role is essential for overseeing all aspects of a residential community and ensuring a vibrant and engaged living environment for residents. You will work closely with homeowners and the Board of Directors to manage community operations effectively. Salary range $90-$100,000 Key Responsibilities: Manage daily property operations, ensuring maintenance, safety, and cleanliness across the community. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and inquiries while fostering positive relationships. Coordinate maintenance requests and supervise vendors and contractors for quality work. Develop and manage the community budget, along with financial tracking and reporting. Conduct regular community inspections and enforce community rules and regulations. Plan and coordinate community events to promote resident engagement and satisfaction. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in property management, preferably in a community or residential setting. Strong knowledge of property management policies and HOA regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage projects and teams. Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
