You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in IL5-compliant deployments. This includes collaborating closely with security engineering, platform engineering, and compliance teams to deliver highly available and audit-ready systems. This is a deeply technical role requiring experience with hardened environments, automation under strict compliance controls, and secure cloud architecture. Seeking an experienced OT for home care (Medicare part B) cases on the upper west side/Morningside Heights area of Manhattan. Small, PT/OT owned practice, you make your own schedule, 1099 independent contractor position. Many of the patients are located in one senior community for ease of commuting.
