Key duties include conducting physical assessments, performing diagnostic screenings, administering treatments, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and responding to on-site medical emergencies. Essential Functions: Oversee daily site operations to ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and equipment are consistently available. Serve as the primary liaison between the site, CDR Health, and the medical leadership team. Identify and resolve operational issues such as parking logistics, surge capacity, and staffing shortages. Maintain quality assurance by training staff and monitoring the effectiveness of site testing procedures. Provide break relief for clinical staff and assist with specimen collection as needed (PRN).
