Are you passionate about the future of decentralized finance? This strategic role offers you the opportunity to drive client success by shaping the direction of key DeFi initiatives, guiding innovative financial structures, and leading high-impact projects. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, turning complex data and financial goals into actionable plans and fostering long-term, trusted relationships. Collaborating with diverse teams across data science, product, and engineering, you'll help build and optimize the next generation of financial protocols — in a remote-first, high-growth environment. Accountabilities: ·         Own and manage client relationships, serving as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day partner. ·         Define and lead cross-functional initiatives that align with both client goals and internal objectives. ·         Translate client feedback and strategic needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. ·         Coordinate across departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. ·         Identify and execute opportunities to expand and enhance product offerings through client insights. Requirements ·         At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, financial services, management consulting, or strategy deployment. ·         Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ·         Experience in account or project management with an ability to balance multiple priorities. ·         Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. ·         Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. ·         Bonus: Knowledge of DeFi, crypto, or blockchain ecosystems and a willingness to quickly learn novel financial models. Benefits ·         Remote-first structure — work from anywhere in the US or Canada ·         Company-sponsored retreats and optional cross-country office visits ·         100% covered medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees ·         $1,000 work-from-home setup stipend and monthly reimbursements for fitness, internet, and phone ·         Unlimited vacation and fully paid 12-week parental leave ·         Fertility benefits and incentive-based compensation opportunities ·         Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 plus equity and OTE based on level and experience Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
