Advanced Practice Provider – Outpatient Family Medicine Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Lake Havasu, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Evenings, Weekends, or On-Call Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Travel Requirements: None Position Overview A well-established outpatient clinic in Lake Havasu, AZ is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join its dedicated family medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, patient-focused clinician who values long-term continuity of care and a predictable weekday schedule. Position Highlights Monday–Friday schedule with no after-hours, weekend, or on-call duties Provide primary care services to patients of all ages Focus on relationship-based, continuity-driven care Supportive, team-based work environment Ability to make a measurable difference in a community with limited healthcare access Autonomy in clinical practice with strong administrative and clinical support Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Full Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off (PTO) and sick leave 401(k) with employer match CME stipend and allowance for professional development State licensure reimbursement Fully covered malpractice insurance Core Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma Perform annual physicals, preventive health screenings, and wellness visits Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostics Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams Counsel patients on preventive health, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence Coordinate specialist referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up Document encounters accurately and promptly in the EHR Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program in the U.S. (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not eligible) DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong clinical decision-making and interpersonal skills Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in outpatient family medicine How to Apply If you are a compassionate, mission-driven provider seeking a rewarding primary care position in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
