Position Title: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Bullhead City, Arizona Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care – All Ages Travel Requirements: None About the Opportunity An established outpatient primary care clinic in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its dedicated team. This is a full-time, weekday-only position with no evenings, weekends, or on-call obligations—offering excellent work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering quality care. In this role, you will treat patients across the lifespan, providing preventive services, chronic disease management, and health education. You will have the opportunity to build your own patient panel and form lasting relationships within a collaborative, supportive practice environment. Position Highlights Monday–Friday, outpatient-only schedule No after-hours, weekend, or on-call coverage Collaborative team environment with experienced clinicians and support staff Ability to establish and manage your own patient panel Strong focus on preventive medicine, chronic condition management, and patient education Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Bonus Opportunities: Productivity and performance-based incentives Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance State licensing fee reimbursement Full malpractice coverage (claims-made or occurrence-based) Employee discounts on in-clinic health services Core Responsibilities Deliver primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine checkups Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions Create and adjust individualized treatment plans, including patient counseling Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system Coordinate care with specialists and facilitate smooth care transitions Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives within the clinic Qualifications Current Arizona NP or PA license Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Meets credentialing requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred; motivated new graduates welcome to apply Ideal Candidate Profile You are a compassionate, patient-focused clinician who values long-term relationships and continuity of care.
